LASER BLUE GEL - ZERO BYPASS TO FUMES
We are proud to introduce our new breakthrough technology. We call it the LASER BLUE GEL. This sleek blue design is nothing like the regular gasket you may find in other filtration units on the market. Due to it's elasticity, it allows zero bypass to any fumes, odors and VOCs. It's NON toxic and NON porous as well.
SPH400 SERIES LIGHT AND MEDIUM DUTY
- Our most popular unit for small to medium duty laser applications
- Designed to fit into an application where direct capture from the source is possible
- The SPH uses high power blower motors to pull the air through 3 stages of filtration consisting of a pre-filter for large particulate, a certified HEPA filter to capture 99.97% of all particulate greater than 0.3 micron and a chemical filter with up to 40 lbs. (18kg) of odour and VOC treatment
- LaserBlue Gel seal guarantees NO BYPASS
- This unit is available in brushed and brushless versions
- This unit has many options and can be customized for OEM applications.
CSA600 Series Heavy Duty
- The CSA is the workhorse fume extractor of the laser industry; designed to operate in a heavy duty environment. A large pre-filter bag that is easily accessed to change via a convenient side panel eliminates much of the debris that might otherwise clog the more expensive HEPA filters. A huge chemical bed of 66Lb. (30kg) provides significant odor and VOC protection for much longer than the light duty units again providing a solution that can withstand a heavy workload. Chemical compounds can be customized based on specific applications

- Twice as powerful as the SPH 400, this is our most powerful unit for medium to heavy duty laser applications

SPH400FA - LPH400 Tabletop, Front Access
- Our new table-top design allows for Lasers whose width measures up to 24" (615mm) wide to be placed on top and exhausted via the rear
- We incorporate a pre filter section and a HEPA filter as well as an 8" (203mm) deep chemical filter to eliminate odor and VOCs
- The entire system is designed to be easily accessed from the front and is unique in that it incorporates our LaserBlue Gel seal that guarantees NO BYPASS of fumes
